1. General

• By purchasing a ticket to an event at The Stables Matakana, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The Stables Matakana reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive or does not comply with venue policies.

2. Ticketing & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final and refundable based on each events settings. The exceptio is the case of event cancellation or significant rescheduling.
• If an event is postponed, ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or request a refund within a specified timeframe.
• Tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original purchase price.

3. Entry & Venue Rules

• The venue is R18 for licensed events, unless otherwise stated. Valid ID must be presented upon request.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue.
• The Stables Matakana is a wheelchair-accessible venue with designated areas for accessibility needs.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

• The Stables Matakana reserves the right to make last-minute changes to event programming, schedules, or performers without prior notice.
• If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Liability

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending an event at The Stables Matakana.
• The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
